Terms of Service
Last updated: April 25, 2026
Welcome to VendorFlow. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
VendorFlow provides software tools for event-based vendors to discover gigs, manage outreach and applications, and run their events — including events, menus, recipes, and customer pre-orders. The service is currently offered free of charge during early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future with advance notice.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- Don't share your account with people outside your business.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use VendorFlow for anything illegal or harmful.
- Upload content that infringes on someone else's rights.
- Try to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
- Use VendorFlow to spam or send unwanted messages.
Your content
You own the content you put into VendorFlow (events, menus, recipes, customer lists). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to provide the service.
Customer orders
When customers place pre-orders through your VendorFlow link, you are the merchant of record. You're responsible for fulfilling orders, handling refunds, and complying with applicable food safety, sales, and consumer protection laws.
Termination
You can stop using VendorFlow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers
VendorFlow is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or available at all times. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
