VendorFlow ("we," "us," or "our") provides software that helps event-based vendors discover gigs, manage outreach and applications, and run their events — including menus and customer pre-orders. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, business name, and any details you add to your profile.
  • Event and order data: events you create, menu items, recipes, and pre-orders placed by your customers.
  • Customer information you collect: when a customer places a pre-order, we store their name, email, and order details so you can fulfill the order.
  • Usage data: basic logs about how the app is used (pages visited, errors) to keep the service running.

How we use information

  • To provide and operate the VendorFlow service.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
  • To improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your customer data with third parties for marketing.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to operate the service, including Base44 (hosting and database) and Google (sign-in). These providers only receive the information needed to perform their services.

Your choices

  • You can update or correct your profile at any time from the Profile page.
  • You can request deletion of your account by emailing us (see Contact below).
  • You can sign out at any time using the avatar menu.

Data retention

We retain your account and event data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Children

VendorFlow is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app.
